The Principal's Trophy at the University of Livingstonia's Kaning'ina Campus got off to a start on November 8, with a  match between Year 4 and Year 1 students. The final score was 2-1 in favor of the Year 4 students.

The Year 4 team dominated the first half, scoring two impressive goals. Michael Majawa kicked off the scoring with a fantastic first goal, followed by Chrispin Kapindira  (KP’s) free kick, securing a 2-0 lead at halftime.

However, the Year 1 team refused to give up, pulling one back in the second half through a strike from their star Luwindiko.

The Year 4 students claimed the victory and are at the top of the table with 3 points. They also emerged as winners of the previous year's Kaning'ina Principal's Trophy.

The second and third year students are scheduled to convene on Sunday, the 10th of November, to compete for the 3 points. The previous encounter between these two groups concluded in victory for the second-year students.
