“I really wanted to keep my marriage with Offset,” Cardi B says as she opens up about their breakup

The rapper says things got to a point where she couldn’t keep lying to herself just to stay in the marriage.

“We were married for seven years, and every single month of the year, I caught him cheating on me,” she says.

Cardi B says she accepted all his children like her own and treated them as family. But the cheating became too much to bear.

“I understand he’s a star and girls are always around him, but I’m a star too,” she says.

She adds that she chose to humble herself and be a good wife and mother to his children. But Offset started acting like she didn’t matter.

“I always found myself begging for attention even when I was pregnant. I would tell him I had something important going on, and he wouldn’t take me seriously. The only time he took me seriously was when I cried on Instagram Live because he didn’t want his reputation ruined.”

Cardi B says all she ever wanted was love and affection from her man but he was too busy giving it to others.

Now, after all the pain and disappointment, Cardi B has moved on, and is currently dating a man named Stefon Diggs.
