President Lazarus Chakwera has accepted an invitation from Mary Chilima to attend the official launch of the Saulos Klaus Chilima (SKC) Foundation this Wednesday in Lilongwe.
Presidential Press Secretary Anthony Kasunda confirmed the development to the media, stating that the invitation has also been extended to First Lady Monica Chakwera.
Kasunda described the invitation as a great honor for the president and the first lady, noting that the event will serve as an opportunity to reflect on the contributions of the late Vice President Saulos Klaus Chilima to the nation’s development.
The SKC Foundation is a non-partisan, non-political organization committed to advancing the vision and aspirations of the late vice president.
